This little restaurant is a gem. The service is attentive and polite, and the food is excellent. I ordered the chirashi. It consisted of a nice variety of very fresh, tasty fish, as well as some pickled vegetables. The portion was big enough for my typical American appetite. : ) My fiance had teriyaki filet mignon, which he said was delicious. (I couldn't try it, since I am allergic to soy and there is soy in terriyaki sauce. It looked and smelled very good though.)
For dessert, we shared green tea ice cream, which was excellent.
And the prices aren't even scary!
We really like this place, so please help us keep it in business! : )

Seriously - this place is fantastic! We go at least once (and sometimes even twice!) a week. And after having lived in The City for 10 years and after dining at places like Nobu and Blue Ribbon, I'd say that WE know sushi. The fish is always fresh, Kevin (the sushi chef) makes all of the sauces from scratch and the service is impeccable. Our favs include the Viking Roll (eel, avocado roll topped with spicy yellowtail) and the Hartsdale Roll (shrimp tempura topped with tuna, salmon and sweet miso sauce). Yum! The prices are so incredibly reasonable that we can afford to go twice a week
